Breakfast: Apple Strawberry Roses Puff Pastry (208 calories) + 1 hard boiled egg (80 calories) + 1 Naval orange (69 calories)
Lunch: NYC Halal Cart Chicken Over Rice (468 calories) + 1 ounce cucumber (3 calories) + 1 ounce tomato (5 calories)
Dinner: Chinese Style Spicy Cauliflower Stir Fry (238 calories) + 2 cups watermelon (92 calories)
Total Calories: 1163
My Stats: 5’0 female, 108 lbs. My Total Daily Energy Expenditure is 1503 calories. On weekdays, I usually eat around 1200 calories. I spend the calories I have saved on weekdays on the weekends where I don’t count calories.
