Faturday (The one day of the week where I don’t count calories): Tues 9/26 *I met up for a long, leisurely, lunch with a close friend. We ate deep fried pork chops, deep fried fish and tofu, and beef with broccoli. I also had 2 full bowls of white rice.
In case you are wondering why I ate guacamole salad for all six dinners, it is because Costco sells 6 avocados in a bundle. I cook for one and dislike food waste…so I had to eat it all by myself. Truly it is no hardship as I love avocados!
