I do not have a eating disorder. I simply eat only the necessary calories required to maintain my weight. As a female who is only five feet tall and weighs 108 lbs, I can only eat around 1500 calories in order to remain at my current weight. My breakfast, lunch, and dinner totals around 1200 calories because I like to save the rest of the calories for snacks and ice-cream.
